SIGN UP FOR TRYOUTS
Please reference this calendar for tryout times/dates.
Please fill out this form to sign your child up to tryout for our travel basketball Wildcats program. This does not guarantee your child a spot on the team. This simply signs them up for the tryout, cuts will be made. This is NOT to register your child for the recreational program.
Please double check that your e-mail is input correctly, this is how we communicate with you! If it is input incorrectly you will not get our emails and will not know dates/times/changes of the tryout schedule, or if your child makes the team!

All players must attend at least 1 tryout to be eligible to be considered for a team. It is recommended that they attend both tryouts as they can get very competitive, and cuts will be made. We understand fall has other commitments, but this is when we need to run our tryouts to get uniforms ordered and other items lined up to have a successful season. We won't change tryout times based on anyones schedule, everyone has a busy schedule.
4th grade boys team is for 4th graders only - there are always plenty of 4th grade boys to put a team together and we will not cut a 4th grader for a 3rd grader, this is a 4th grade team.
5th grade girls team we will see about the numbers, if there are enough 5th grade girls then 4th graders will not be accepted onto the rosters, if there aren't enough 5th grade girls (which happens often) then 4th grade girls will be welcomed. A 5th grader cannot be cut for a 4th grader, 4th graders would simply be trying out for the remaining spots available. Long winded way of saying you're 4th grader is welcome to try out and needs to to be eligible to be on the roster, but there's a chance they cannot be on the team if there are enough 5th graders. If we get enough 5th grade registrants we will let you know before the tryouts so you don't waste your time.
8th grade girls - we are constantly trying to fill this team, if you are a 8th grade girl considering playing please come out for tryouts.
* By submitting this form, I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, give my permission for him/her to participate in the Charlton Wildcat program. I recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with basketball, and hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify Charlton Wildcats, Charlton Youth Basketball, its sponsors, volunteers, and associated personnel, as well as the owners of the basketball facilities use for the program, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the basketball program. I declare the registrant is in good health and able to participate in physical activity.
