Competitive Program
Our goal is to field competitive teams while also preparing players for the next level of competition.
-
Rosters are dynamic from season to season; players may move between teams or be cut. Tryouts are held to ensure each team is competitive and to give players the opportunity to grow, improve, and earn the spot that best fits their skills. This provides a realistic experience of competitive basketball, teaches players to rise to challenges, and fosters growth on and off the court.
-
All roster decisions are made with team and program goals in mind. Occasionally, players or coaches may be moved between teams to best align talent, team fit, and player development.
Players are encouraged to work hard, support their teammates, and focus on skill growth while contributing to their team’s success.
